Who We Are: We are a family-operated business founded by myself, Ralph Anderson- I am a semi-retired Engineer with over 25 years' experience in managing people and projects. My job during my working years was to turn new product concepts and dreams into realities. Stan McNiel- Stan has been married to Bev for over four decades, has three married children and has helped his elder family members navigate all senior issues relative to financial, logistical and emotional issues involved in real estate transactions.
He knows from 30 plus years of experience as a Realtor the best way to start is a thorough consideration of the facts. Stan enthusiastically works with the seniors and the adult children to consider best timing, coordinating with family members, tax issues, effects on future income and health well-being. He takes the time needed to make clients comfortable with a no-pressure approach to the complex selling or buying process. More than
just knowing about the local senior housing options, Stan likes seniors and simply cares. Therefore, and finally, he has a wide network of other senior focused professionals to assist in all aspects of the sale and move.

About Susan Sharp- Susan is an expert in North County's sixty Age 55+
Mobile/Manufactured Home Communities and is also very familiar with North
County's other active adult communities. Susan has more than 18 years'
experience with highly regarded Cole
Realty & Mortgage; helping folks find their ideal active retirement home. She was
voted by satisfied clients to be a Five Star Professional for 2015, 2016
and 2017 as noted in San Diego Magazine. This honor is bestowed on only the
top 7% of the realtors in all of San Diego County. She works hard at
earning and honoring her clients trust. On the personal side, Susan has been married to husband
Denny for 44 years. They have two daughters and five grandchildren who are
active in the San Diego Community.
