Average August highs are in the high 80’s (°F) and January lows in the low 40's (°F). The average annual rainfall is approximately 13 inches, nearly all of which falls during the winter months. The summer afternoon humidity is usually low and the sun shines more than 320 days per year.
The I-15 inland corridor (less than 1.5 miles away), provides easy access to beautiful downtown San Diego (less than 25 miles away via Highway 163), to the coast (an approximate 17-mile drive via Highway 56) and North to Escondido and to the rest of California.
Living in Seven Oaks also means that you're never far from fine, moderately priced restaurants, quality shopping, movies and live entertainment.
