The Community-
Located in Oceanside, California, Emerald Lake Village is a gated
Active Adult community of
161 Cape Cod style-family homes. It is a quiet community of well-kept homes
on beautifully manicured grounds.
Its amenities include green spaces with walking trails and a very nice community center with a clubhouse, swimming pool,
spa/hot tub and BBQ grills. Although they don't look the part, these homes, built in the late 1980's are
manufactured homes. They were factory built to meet the builder's specifications with dry-wall interiors, vaulted
ceilings and high-pitched roofs, and assembled on permanent foundations. They each have an attached 2-car garage

Its Great Location- Emerald Lake Village gets its name from its Emerald Drive and Lake Boulevard borders. It is located in the Tri-city area of Oceanside in a narrow east-west finger of the city that extends between Vista on the north and Carlsbad on the south (See a Map of the area). This location places it near a nice, nearly new shopping center (approximately 2 miles away on College Blvd.) and other quality shopping and recreational sites. It is also located within 3 miles of a major Medical Center.
Living in Emerald Lake Village means that you're never far from fine restaurants, quality shopping, movies, live theaters,
theme parks and other recreational sites and it is only an approximate 1-hour
drive to
the San Diego International Airport. Its close proximity (approximately
1 mile) to Highway 78 provides easy access to other North San Diego County cities
and to the I-5 (coastal) and
I-15 (inland) corridors to San Diego and to the rest of California. |
