East Ridge Is quiet, upscale, gated Senior Community located in
Fallbrook,

of the area). Fallbrook is a unique, small city with a nice-sized village section and many beautiful
residential neighborhoods with tree-lined streets. The village is surrounded by small farms,
equestrian estates and citrus and avocado groves
that help create an ambience of a small village in a lush, rural
setting. The East Ridge Senior Community consists of 80 modern, detached homes that were built around 1990. Its, mostly single story homes, are among the largest in North County's Senior Communities. All have tiled roofs and 2 car garages.
It is a well-manicured community with mature landscaping, greenbelts. It has a community garden area, perimeter fencing with an
electronically controlled gate, walking trails and an RV
storage area. In addition, it has a recreation center with a nice clubhouse, swimming pool, spa/hot tub
and tennis courts.
The East Ridge community's recreation center offers a variety of social activities
and many additional senior-friendly activities are sponsored
by the
Fallbrook Community. Many of
which are available at the
Fallbrook Senior Center. For you golfers, there are 3 public golf courses
in the area, the closest being the
Fallbrook Golf Club

East Ridge has a variety of styles of detached, one and two story, two or three bedroom homes.
They are all custom-built homes and range in size from approximately 1600 to 2500 sq. ft. Some homes have good-size back
yards and some have great views of hills and mountains. All come with 2 car garages.
